Singer Celebration is all about bringing together the community of Jazz vocalists, to mingle and enjoy one another's performances.
We're very lucky to have FM as our new location! FM is a bar/resto in Jersey City, dedicated to live music. They have great food and drink at reasonable prices too.
I'm thrilled to announce that we'll have a killer band! Dave Braham on organ, and George Naha on guitar, along with Michael Mittelsdorf on drums!
Seating opens at 5pm // Sign up sheet opens at 5:30pm // Jam starts at 6pm //
Each singer will have the opportunity to sing 2 songs (1 of which can be a ballad/slow tune, if you want).
Please make sure you know the key for your songs. We want to keep things moving so everyone has a chance to sing!
There will be NO COVER charge for the event. Instead there will be a tip basket. Donations are appreciated so we can have more Singer Celebration events in the future. :-)
